CNC (Computer Numerical Control) signs are made with a router and some substrate. We generally do not recommend wood for exterior signs in Hawaii due to heat, moisture and termite issues, but it’s a great substrate for interior signage.
We have worked with Koa, Oak and other hardwoods to make many signs. We can layer cut out portions to make some truly spectacular dimensional wood signs, too.
Each CNC wood signs is a unique creation. We offer design and production services for this type of sign. We have our own machines, so each sign is made right here in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
