Kona Impact offers a range of solutions for event planners putting together functions in West Hawaii.

We offer free delivery for orders >$400 and change a nominal fee for orders less than that. We do not charge rush fees, but a lead time of at least one week is requested to ensure we can fulfill your order. We service the following hotels and resorts:

We can provide the following:

Printing / Copies – Rates are much less expensive than the hotels and local big box stores. Many conventions and events send us their handouts to be printed and delivered to the venue.

Large Format Printing – up to 52” wide (without tiling) 100’ of so long! We generally keep glossy paper, matte paper, photobase paper in stock. Our goal is to keep enough stock of our commonly-purchased items to be able to fulfill all orders on a same or next day basis.

Temporary Signs – up to 52” wide (without tiling) and 100’ or so long. We have foam core (up to 8’ x 4’), glossy and matte banner material. We also have cling vinyl, which is great for temporary graphics on glass or PVC.

Mounted Signs – We offer retractable banners, A-frames and other mounted sign options.

Specialty Printing – We can make a contour cut sticker and cut vinyl graphics in house.

FAQ for Convention, Trade Show and Island Visitor Signs

  1. How do you deal with artwork?

Most event planners have ready-made graphics. We prefer files in a Portable Document File – pdf – scaled to the size of the output. If you want a 6’ x 2’ banner, we would prefer a pdf file that is set up at 6’ x 2’. Add a 1/2” bleed and crop marks if you want the image to go the edge.   1. How are your prices?

We are very competitive when you consider shipping costs. We never charge rush fees, and if your order is >$400, we will deliver to any of the hotels above at no additional cost.

  1. How do you handle payment?

We can send an invoice that can be paid online with a credit card. For larger projects over $1,000, we require 50% upon receipt of art files and 50% on the day of delivery. We accept bank transfers (preferred) for invoices over $1,000 and credit cards for projects under $1,000.

We will produce your media or signage and provide completed project photos.

We have been doing this for years and have never been late with an order! We have worked with educational, medical, incentive travel, family gatherings, and national television programs. We aim to fulfill your signage needs with expediency, high quality, and on-time delivery, so you will have one less thing to worry about!

We provide complimentary delivery for orders over $400.

We can also (for an added fee) do the setup, takedown, and disposal of conference signage. We can also divert most signage from the landfill and reuse it for local non-profit projects (at a greatly reduced cost for them).
