PVC Signs in made in Kona, Hawaii

Over the years, Kona Impact has made thousands of square feet of PVC signs. It is one of our favorite sign materials, as it holds up very well in Hawaii’s climate. It is superior to wood and much less expensive than aluminum, especially for larger signs.

PVC (short for polyvinyl chloride) comes in either ⅛”, ¼”, and ½” width, and we can make signs up to 8’ x 4’ or any smaller size. The ⅛” PVC is very flexible, whereas the ½” PVC is semi-rigid at smaller sizes. Its surface is waterproof and will neither rot or rust, making it an ideal sign material for use in Hawaii.

Kona Impact typically keeps several hundred square feet of PVC in stock, so there is a good chance we can complete a project within a few days after artwork approval. Our turnaround time is second to none on the Big Island!

How much do PVC signs cost?
There are several considerations:

  1. Do you need design and layout services?
  2. Is the sign single-sided or double-sided?
  3. What is the size?
  4. Do you need a self-supporting stand?
  5. Are there any special elements like circular shapes or grommets required?
  6. How many? (More = Less cost per sign)
