The sign is composed of several layers, one on top of the other in most any pattern or font available.
In this example, the orange is a 1/2 inch layer backing with another 1/2 inch layer of yellow on top. The letters and logo rounds are an additional 1/2 inch layer on top of the yellow. This technique brings your logo off of your business card and into the real world with maximum impact.
