Q: Do you handle shipping to resorts or just Kona area?
A: Yes — While we’re based in Kailua-Kona, we regularly deliver and install signage at resorts up the Kohala Coast or down towards Keauhou. We plan logistics with you.
Q: What files do you need for artwork?
High-resolution vector (.AI, .EPS) preferred. Raster files (.PSD, .TIFF) are acceptable if at the correct resolution (300 dpi) and colour space. PDF is one of our favorite words; use these if possible. We can assist with cleanup if needed.
Q: How should I budget for event signage?
Costs vary based on size, materials, quantity, installation complexity, and the type of finishes. As a general rule, wide-format banners tend to a more cost-effective, while CNC-fabricated dimensional signage is generally more expensive. We’ll provide detailed line-item options for clarity.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
For standard prints and signage, please allow 2–3 weeks. For custom CNC, laser, or UV-printed rigid signage, or complex installation elements, allow 4–6 weeks, if possible. We often have discussions with incentive travel groups 6 – 12 months before the event. Rush options may be available — call us to discuss.
